A small trash compactor fire in Building 5 of South Campus Commons left students waiting in the cold for over an hour on Sunday night. A fire that lit up the South Campus Diner late Monday night resulted in no injuries. Late Monday night police officers came rushing into the South Campus Diner, told everyone to leave and pulled the fire alarm. College Park bus driver saves 20 elementary schoolers from fire

A College Park bus driver rescued 20 elementary school students from a burning bus Monday afternoon on the block of 51st Ave. near Hollywood Road.
