‘Bearing Witness’ exhibition honors women lost to violence during Latin American Heritage Month

The University of Maryland Latin American and Caribbean Studies Center invited Puerto Rican artist Marta Pérez García to showcase the “Bearing Witness” exhibition for Latin American Heritage Month. This exhibit presented the names of women killed in Puerto Rico during the COVID-19 pandemic.
