A Halloween craze has taken over college campuses across the nation. Many different students have reported seeing these mysterious figures holding deadly objects and some have seen these figures simply standing in front of a building on campus, holding balloons. Social media has aided the growth of this clown frenzy and allotted for an expansion of the creepy clown on college campuses.
