The University of Maryland’s Students for Justice in Palestine hosted a “Rally for Refugees” on Wednesday afternoon. The group gathered in front of McKeldin Library and marched to the Administration building, chanting phrases such as, “no hate, no fear, refugees are welcome here” and “this is what democracy looks like; this is what democracy sounds like.”
