No. 2 University of Maryland men’s lacrosse ended their home opener with a resounding 19-5 victory over High Point University Feb. 18. The Terps were in the driver’s seat for the entire game, maintaining a large, favorable margin on the scoreboard throughout all four quarters.
Two standout players for the Terps included senior Matt Rambo, whose three goals and three assists contributed to his sixth straight game with at least six points this year, and junior Connor Kelly, who put up a hat trick.
The 3-0 Terps will look to continue their good form in their next matchup against the Yale University Bulldogs on Feb. 25th at 12 p.m.
